We are currently seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Sales Associate to support our daily operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and delivering exceptional customer service at the front counter.

About the Role

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for processing daily sales orders, completing all dispatch documentation, and meeting and greeting customers. You will also provide outstanding customer service on our front counter, process product returns, and assist with invoicing and sales order preparation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process daily sales orders in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Complete all dispatch documentation as required.
  • Meet and greet customers, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Process product returns and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Assist with invoicing and sales order preparation.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should have excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as part of a collaborative team. Experience in a similar role would be beneficial, but not necessary.
