Main Responsibilities

  • Manage product returns and account credit claims in accordance with established procedures.
  • Reconcile monthly KPIs, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.
  • Maintain up-to-date customer and product databases, guaranteeing data accuracy and integrity.
  • Develop and implement effective filing systems, streamlining access to essential documents.
  • Collaborate with warehouse personnel to ensure seamless supply chain operations.
