Job Title: Leading Hand Labourer

Fulton Hogan is seeking an experienced Leading Hand Labourer to join our Utilities business in Rouse Hill. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive your career further and gain industry-relevant experience with on-the-job skill development and coaching offered throughout.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist Site Supervisor and take ownership of jobs from commencement to completion
  • Engage, coordinate, and manage Fulton Hogan employees and sub-contractors on job sites
  • Communicate with site team to program and track the progress of jobs
  • Attend and contribute to meetings
  • Dispute/issue resolution, as required
  • Ensure all inspections and other relevant documentation is signed off
  • Ensure company HSE policies are followed at all times
Requirements:
  • Building trade/construction qualification or relevant industry experience
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to build effective relationships and be empathetic to the needs of the client
  • Positive attitude, sound work ethic, and self-motivated
  • Comfortable working autonomously with minimal supervision
  • Valid Driver's License (MR minimum)
  • Operator tickets and proficiency with Excavator and Telehandler
