Auto Electrician

We are seeking an experienced Auto Electrician to join our team at Transdev John Holland Buses. As a key member of our workshop team, you will be responsible for performing repairs and maintenance on our bus fleet across three depots in Sydney's Eastern Suburbs.
Key Responsibilities- Perform operations on complex electrical and electronic systems, including control systems and diagnostic tools.
- Work on and diagnose faults in electrical and computer-controlled systems, communications, vehicle monitoring/tracking, CCTV, and other similar vehicle equipment.
- Operate a range of equipment and tools to undertake vehicle maintenance, including diagnostic computers, multimeters, load testing, lifting, and materials handling equipment.
- Current NSW MVTC Auto Electrician trade certificate.
- Current HR licence or current C class licence with the ability to obtain an HR licence.
- Computer literacy with the ability to record accurate maintenance information.
- Experience with scan tools is essential.
- Experience in bus maintenance and public transport operations is desirable.
- Potential annual earnings of up to $90K + super, including shift allowance and overtime.
- EBA pay increase in January 2025.
- Regular opportunities for paid overtime.
