Job Title: Microsoft 365 Architect

We are seeking a senior technology professional with extensive experience in designing and implementing comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background in architecture frameworks, security, and compliance.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for creating design documents, conducting client workshops, gathering requirements, and providing detailed documentation for operation handover and knowledge sharing.

This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, and excellent problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement tailored M365 solutions that align with client needs, encompassing all M365 workloads including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Intune, Teams, and Entra ID.
  2. Develop and implement Microsoft 365 solutions based on best practices and guidelines from the Microsoft 365 Solution and Architecture Centre.
  3. Design enterprise architecture that aligns with networking, identity, security, and multinational principles.
  4. Create detailed design documents that outline solution architecture and implementation plans.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in leading and delivering complex M365 projects.
  • Expertise in M365 Tenant-to-Tenant migrations and respective tools and processes.
  • Strong technical skills across all M365 workloads, including Active Directory and Entra ID, Exchange Online or SharePoint Online, OneDrive for Business, Teams and Teams Voice, Intune, Application Packaging, Windows 11 migrations.
  • Extensive knowledge of on-premises infrastructure, including Active Directory, servers, networks, EUC, and applications.
  • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and administrative tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to nontechnical stakeholders.
