
Senior Program Specialist

We're seeking a skilled professional to support our Program Office in delivering program frameworks, documentation and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in program management principles, stakeholder communication and engagement.
The successful applicant will contribute to the design and implementation of program frameworks, templates and processes aligned with best practice and industry standards.
Key responsibilities include maintaining accurate and relevant program documentation, enhancing program reporting, processing key data sets and preparing reports for governance forums.
The ideal candidate will possess tertiary qualifications and/or experience supporting large-scale programs, knowledge of project management principles and certifications such as MSP or PRINCE2.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, Project and Power BI.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Design and implement program frameworks, templates and processes
