Job Title: Program Coordinator
About the JobAs a Program Coordinator, you will play a key role in ensuring the effective delivery of compliance programs within our organization.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to research and analyze compliance trends
- Develop program proposals, including risk assessments and mitigation strategies, for endorsement by senior management
- Proactively monitor program outcomes and area performance for presentation to teams
- Demonstrated ability to develop and maintain strong productive relationships with stakeholders
- Well-developed skills in research, analysis, problem-solving, and managing competing priorities
- Strong oral and written communication skills with high accuracy and attention to detail
