Wellbeing Support Specialist

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Wellbeing Support Specialist to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement engaging activities and events for residents, fostering social connections and a sense of belonging.
  • Provide emotional support and assistance with daily living tasks, such as mealtimes and outings.
  • Collect feedback from residents and their families to ensure activities meet their needs.
  • Collaborate with the care team to plan activities and document progress.
  • Ensure a clean and safe environment by adhering to infection control protocols.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:

  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Creativity in bringing new ideas to make every day an adventure.
  • Excellent communication skills, building trust and rapport with residents and colleagues.
