About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance and Facilities Coordinator to join our team at Ventia Pty.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a diverse range of customers, including schools, hospitals, courts, and police stations.

You will be responsible for identifying areas of risk and opportunity in relation to maintenance and capital works, developing and implementing plans to achieve commercial targets and optimise lifecycle cost of facilities and/or assets.

You will also support the delivery of the Property Asset Management team's Asset Business Plans and all other strategic and asset planning initiatives.

This is an 8-month fixed-term role based in Adelaide, with opportunities for career growth and advancement within the company.

About You
