Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the conceptualization and delivery of roads, drainage, and civil infrastructure projects.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
  • Apply Road Safety and Design Philosophy principles to enhance project outcomes.
  • Mentor junior designers and promote technical excellence.
  • Engage with clients to deliver tailored, high-quality solutions that meet their needs.
  • Promote innovation, safety, and best practices in every design.
About You
  • 10–15 years' experience in civil design within a consultancy setting.
  • Associate Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and local road authority requirements.
  • Advanced proficiency in 2D/3D CADD software and transport infrastructure modeling.
  • Proven ability to manage scope, time, and cost across multiple projects.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing others.
