Job Overview

We are seeking an expert Senior Policy Strategist to provide high-level policy development, coordination and strategic support within a service delivery context.

In this key role, you will conduct in-depth research, analyze complex policy issues and prepare comprehensive policy documents and briefing materials to inform senior decision-making.

You will play a critical part in addressing emerging risks, shaping strategic responses and developing frameworks, policies and service delivery strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic policy advice to support informed decision-making
  • Manage and mitigate emerging risks
  • Develop project plans and communication strategies for diverse audiences

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have a strong background in policy research, analysis and strategic advice supported by a relevant qualification or experience.

You will possess a deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and evidence-based approaches, as well as the ability to analyze both qualitative and quantitative data.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential to engage with various stakeholders across the organization and build effective relationships.
