Senior Obstetric and Gynaecology Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology to provide high-quality patient-centered care, contribute to education and supervision of junior staff, and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment, delivering excellent obstetric and gynaecological services, supervising and supporting junior staff and midwives, and participating in teaching, training, and quality activities.
Key Responsibilities- Provide specialist obstetric and gynaecological services.
- Supervise and support junior staff and midwives.
- Participate in teaching, training, and quality activities.
- Specialist registration with the Medical Board of Australia in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
- Strong commitment to multidisciplinary care and leadership skills.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency in clinical information systems.
- Availability for on-call duties and on-site responses.
- Collaboration, Openness, Respect, and Empowerment.
As a Consultant in Obstetrics & Gynaecology, you will be working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, delivering high-quality care to patients and contributing to the development of the service. You will have opportunities to develop your skills and expertise, as well as contribute to the education and training of junior staff and midwives.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong commitment to multidisciplinary care and leadership, and a passion for delivering high-quality patient-centered care. They will also have a strong understanding of clinical information systems and be proficient in using them effectively.
