About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our team at Sportscraft Double Bay Store. Reporting to the Regional Manager, this position is responsible for driving store performance through team management, sales, visual merchandising, and expense control. The successful candidate will deliver a premium customer experience while focusing on sales targets and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and KPIs
  • Develop and implement visual merchandising strategies to drive sales and customer engagement
  • Manage budgets, interpret financial reports, and craft efficient rosters
  • Cultivate strong relationships with stakeholders across the business

Requirements
  • At least 2 years' retail management experience in a high-end or premium retail environment
  • Demonstrated experience in driving store performance and achieving sales targets and KPIs
  • Proven ability and passion to lead, coach, and motivate team members in a fast-paced retail environment
  • Results-driven with strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • The ability to prioritize tasks and expectations
  • An obvious love for fashion and a strong sense of personal style and presentation
  • Flexible and innovative approach in reacting positively to changing work demands
