About This Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Commissionaire to join our team at Hyatt Regency Sydney.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet and farewell guests in a courteous and professional manner.
  • Assist with inquiries, transportation, and luggage loading/unloading as required.
  • Maintain the porte-cochère area and ensure it is clear and clean at all times.
Requirements:
  • Deliver exceptional customer service to internal and external guests.
  • Have a thorough knowledge of hotel services, local facilities, and transportation options.
  • Coordinate arrival and departure patterns for current day functions and VIPs.
  • Maintain work areas, including lobby, public spaces, driveway, and back-of-house storage areas.
  • Restrict undesirable characters from entering the hotel and alert Security/Assistant Manager if suspicious behavior is observed.
