About the Role:

Richard Jay is seeking a skilled Service and Maintenance Professional to join our team in the Commercial & Industrial Laundry sector.

The successful candidate will be responsible for working on machinery installs, preventative maintenance, and troubleshooting issues with commercial laundry equipment.

While specific laundry experience is not essential, capital equipment or appliance experience is highly regarded. The ideal candidate will be methodical with attention to detail, possess excellent communication and customer service skills, and have a focus on time management and planning.

Key requirements include a White Card or similar, a valid drivers licence, and a QLD Connect/Disconnect Licence. A full QLD Electrical Licence is also desirable.

  • Provide Exceptional Customer Service

  • Knowledge of the industry is an advantage but not essential
