**ABOUT FOXY HOME STAGING**
Foxy Home Staging is Brisbane’s leading home staging company, dedicated to helping property owners achieve exceptional results when selling their homes. Our talented team of Stylists transforms properties by creating the emotional connection buyers need to fall in love with a home. As a fast-growing business with big ambitions, we are looking for driven, passionate individuals to join our expanding team and be part of our success story.
**THE ROLE: STAGING LOGISTICS SPECIALIST**
Based at our Acacia Ridge warehouse, you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our staging operations run smoothly, making an essential impact on the presentation of homes. You will handle the careful transportation, installation, and removal of furniture and décor, working closely with our Stylists to bring each property to life. This isn’t just a removalist job—this is your chance to be part of the creative process that helps homeowners succeed in selling their properties.
**Responsibilities**:
- Safely load, unload, and transport furniture and décor to and from client properties.
- Assist with the installation and setup of staged furniture, ensuring that homes are presented at their best.
- Maintain and prepare inventory for the following day’s staging and de-staging runs.
- Manage housekeeping and organization in the warehouse, ensuring items are cleaned, maintained, labeled, and stored appropriately.
- Work closely with Stylists to achieve optimal staging results.
**WHO YOU ARE**: We’re looking for a motivated and energetic team player who wants to be part of something bigger than just logistics. To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 years of professional experience in furniture logistics, removals, or a related field (the right attitude and willingness to learn can outweigh lack of experience).
- Strong attention to detail and a results-driven mindset.
- The ability to stay focused and adaptable in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent customer service skills—you’ll often interact with homeowners, real estate agents, and other clients.
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- The ability to multi-task and manage priorities effectively.
**Licensing Requirements**:
- A current manual driver's license is essential.
- A Medium Rigid (MR) license is preferred but not mandatory.
**WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM US**: At Foxy Home Staging, we believe in creating a work environment that our team members love to be a part of. Here’s what we offer:
- **Work/Life Balance**: Flexible working hours because we care about outcomes, not clock-watching.
- **Competitive Pay**: Salary between $60,000 - $80,000 per year, with opportunities for bonuses based on performance.
- **Growth Opportunities**: As our business continues to expand, so do opportunities for career progression within our team.
- **Fun and Rewarding Culture**: You’ll be part of a supportive, friendly, and driven team that celebrates success together.
- **A Role with Impact**: Your work will directly contribute to the transformation and success of properties on the market.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
Supplementary Pay:
- Performance bonus
**Experience**:
- Furniture Logistics: 2 years (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- MR Licence (preferred)
Work Location: In person
