Supervisor of Food and Beverage Services

Job Summary:

The Supervisor of Food and Beverage Services is responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the food and beverage department. This includes supervising staff, managing inventory, and maintaining a clean and safe environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the restaurant service period to ensure high-quality service to guests
  • Provide friendly and genuine service throughout the entire food and beverage experience
  • Understand customer requirements and deliver exceptional service to exceed expectations
  • Assist with bar operational tasks as needed
  • Be an approachable and confident leader by providing support and guidance to team members
  • Ensure the outlet is adequately stocked and clean at all times
  • Supervise the food and beverage team in completing general operational tasks
  • Build and strengthen relationships with existing and new customers to drive future bookings
  • Plan and execute team-building activities to foster a sense of community among associates

Requirements:

  • Up-to-date RSA certification
  • Relevant experience in a managerial role
  • Working rights in Australia
  • Self-motivation, drive, and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
