About the Role

Lead strategic financial planning and oversight to drive sustainable growth, operational excellence, and future-ready capability across our organisation.

We are seeking a highly experienced finance leader to provide organisation-wide financial leadership, overseeing end-to-end finance and reporting functions, including payroll.

  • Drive continuous improvement across finance systems and processes.
  • Evaluate and implement efficient, reliable, and future-ready financial capability to support our Model of Care.
  • Partner with leaders to align financial management with strategic priorities.
  • Provide transparent and timely reporting to enable responsible growth.

This is a full-time position located in our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic financial plans that support our organisational goals.
  • Oversee financial systems and processes to ensure efficiency, reliability, and compliance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve organisational objectives.
  • Prepare and present financial reports to stakeholders.

Required Qualifications

  • CA/CPA (or equivalent) with > 8 years' senior finance leadership experience in complex environments.
  • Demonstrated record of delivering timely and accurate financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit within a regulatory framework.
  • Proven experience advising Executive teams and Boards on strategic financial matters.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
