Senior Finance Leadership Opportunity

Are you a seasoned finance professional seeking a challenging role in senior leadership? We invite applications for a Head of Finance position, where you will lead our financial strategy and oversight, driving sustainable growth, operational excellence, and future-ready capability across the organisation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective financial systems and processes to drive continuous improvement.
  • Ensure seamless alignment of financial management with strategic priorities through close partnership with leaders across the organisation.
  • Provide clear, meaningful, and timely reporting to the Board, enabling responsible growth and informed decision-making.
Requirements
  • Chartered Accountant (CA) or Certified Practising Accountant (CPA) with over 8 years' experience in senior finance leadership roles within complex, multi-funder environments.
  • Proven track record of delivering accurate and timely financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audit within a regulatory framework.
  • Strong advisory skills, with experience in preparing strategic financial analysis and business case modelling for Executive teams and Boards.
  • Advanced knowledge of accounting standards, internal controls, systems, and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Experience in tendering for new business and negotiating contracts.
  • Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills, with the ability to distill complex financial data for non-financial audiences.
