Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Business Strategy Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving business growth and improvement through financial planning, analysis, and commercial finance activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement comprehensive financial models in Excel to inform business decisions.
  • Collaborate with divisional leaders to drive strategic decision-making across multiple divisions.
  • Consolidate and standardize reporting across various branches nationally.
  • Analyze operational performance metrics and P&L drivers to identify areas for improvement.
  • Load results into OneStream for group reporting and provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in FP&A and commercial finance within a service-based or multi-site business.
  • Advanced financial modeling and Excel capability.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret complex data sets.
  • Ability to partner with senior stakeholders and challenge the status quo with confidence.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and cost allocation across multiple divisions.
