About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Team Leader to spearhead our Mechanical Team and drive excellence in project delivery. As a trusted advisor, you will lead a high-performing team of mechanical engineers and building services professionals to design and deliver innovative solutions for large-scale infrastructure and building projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and motivate a team of mechanical engineers and broader building services professionals
  • Oversee the design and delivery of mechanical systems for complex projects across sectors including Defence, Transport, Aviation, High Tech and Commercial
  • Apply technical expertise to ensure sustainable, code-compliant, and innovative design outcomes
  • Champion a culture of collaboration, high performance, and continuous improvement
  • Contribute to strategic business growth, resource planning, and client engagement
Requirements
  • A degree-qualified Mechanical Engineer with extensive experience in building services
  • Proven ability to lead, mentor, and motivate high-performing engineering teams
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Commercial acumen with experience managing budgets, resourcing, and project performance
