About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Service Manager Marine Infrastructure Asset Management to lead and manage our Marine Infrastructure Asset Management Unit.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the Marine Infrastructure Asset Management Unit to provide professional services and oversee the delivery of the City Asset Group's Asset Management, Strategic Planning and formulate the Capital works program for Marine Infrastructure assets.
  • Develop and maintain strong working relationships with primary stakeholders and principal partners to position the high-profile unit.
  • Prepare and manage the Unit's operational and capital annual budgets, including the initiation and formulation of the capital works program, infrastructure improvement and renewal programs, and the compilation of budget reports and quarterly reporting.
Requirements
  • Substantial achievement in managing marine infrastructure services at Unit or equivalent level to develop and satisfy service standards, provide valued customer service and continuous improvement that is effective and cost efficient.
  • Proven track record in leading and managing people at Unit or equivalent level to optimise productivity and create an attractive, safe, equitable and rewarding workplace.
  • Comprehensive knowledge and demonstrated understanding of established and emerging contemporary Marine Infrastructure Asset Management, planning, and project management practice.

Eligibility
