About the Role

We are seeking an Operations Supervisor to join our team at a Coles Distribution Centre. As a key member of our leadership group, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse and logistics processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To supervise a team of 25-30 members, providing coaching and support to achieve operational output and meet set targets.
  • To plan and allocate workload to maximise efficiency and delivery to deadline.
  • To manage the reporting and logging of safety-related incidents.
  • To handle receiving, pick packing and dispatching of goods.
  • To maintain effective communication with all levels of the business.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role in a warehouse or logistics environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Flexibility to work a rotating roster 7 days a week.

  • A competitive salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
