Our client has been a leading Sales, Service and Spare Parts provider for the earthmoving and construction industries for decades.

**About the role**

We are currently looking to speak with experienced technicians, leading hands or Workshop Supervisors who are keen to oversee the daily running of our client's busy Sydney West workshop and additional Field Service staff.

With a fantastic Service Manager leading the way, you will manage the day to day operations, enabling the Service Manager to work on the bigger picture of the Service Department. Having said that, the Service Manager will be there to train and mentor you as you may be stepping up into management for the first time. If you are an experienced Service Supervisor, then even better
- To achieve the desired outcome for this position, you might have:

- Trade certifications or existing experience within a Construction Equipment, Truck or Agricultural or automotive dealership
- Service workshop experience will also be considered
- Experience either as a leader of a team or senior technician experience with a desire to step up into a leadership role
- A willingness to learn and accept new systems and procedures
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to converse easily with all levels of people within the business
