Aircraft Maintenance Career Opportunity

Are you a skilled aircraft maintenance professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a licensed engineer to join our engineering team in Cairns.

About the Role

This is a fantastic chance to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organisation. As a qualified aircraft maintenance engineer, you will be responsible for performing maintenance tasks on various types of aircraft.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintenance of aircraft airframes, engines and systems
  • Conducting inspections and tests to ensure airworthiness
  • Performing repairs and modifications as required

Requirements

  • CASA Part 66 License preferred
  • Current ASIC card or eligibility to hold Australian ASIC
  • Part 145 experience
  • Heavy maintenance experience
  • Experience/licensed on DH 6 series 200-400 with PT6, ATR 42-72 series with P&W 120 series engines, Dash 8 100-300 classic with P&W 120 Series engines, Dash 8 Q400 with P&W 150 series engines
  • Ability to refer to and interpret specifications/standards and written technical instructions
  • Ability to work autonomously and meet deadlines
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills with strong attention to detail
  • Commitment to safety
