About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our Reliability, Maintainability and Obsolescence (RAM) plan, ensuring the continued airworthiness of our Defence systems.

The successful candidate will have a strong background in engineering and aviation, with a focus on reliability, availability, and maintainability. They will be responsible for providing strategic direction and tactical execution of our RAM plan, ensuring compliance with Defence Aviation Safety Regulation (DASR) Part 21 and Part M requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the RAM plan to improve platform performance and enterprise objectives
  • Ensure compliance with DASR Part 21 and Part M requirements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize value and achieve best outcomes for our customers and Northrop Grumman
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure the continued airworthiness of our Defence systems
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Significant experience in engineering and aviation, with a focus on reliability, availability, and maintainability
  • Strong relationship management and negotiation skills to optimize value and achieve best outcomes
  • Tertiary qualifications in engineering or aviation, ideally backed by memberships to professional engineering organizations
  • The ability to obtain and maintain a Defence security clearance
