Family Law Assistant Lawyer

A well-established Family Law practice is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Paralegal to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in Family Law, with experience in drafting correspondence and preparing legal documents.
This role offers the chance to work in a professional environment where your contributions are valued and your career progression is supported. As a Paralegal, you will be responsible for taking initial client enquiries, providing timely support, and managing case files.
Key Responsibilities- Initial client enquiries and provision of timely support
- Drafting correspondence and preparation of legal documents
- Assisting with court filings and compilation of briefs for counsel
- Management of case files, liaison with clients, courts, and professionals
- General administrative assistance to the wider team
- Direct mentorship from Accredited Family Law Specialists
- A supportive team environment with regular social interactions
