The role of the Administration Officer is to provide support to the team by handling various administrative tasks.
Responsibilities include data entry, reconciliations, processing work orders and invoices, managing owner driver payments, procurement, service and repair records maintenance, customer maintenance, new account setup, cost reporting, and NHVAS legislative reporting.
- Run sheet data entry and tipping reconciliation
- Work order processing and invoicing
- Owner Driver Payments and procurement
- Service and repair records maintenance
- Customer maintenance and new account set up
- Cost reporting and NHVAS Legislative reporting
The ideal candidate will have:
- Transactional administration experience
- Reconciliation and reporting skills
- Advanced MS Office skills
- Exceptional attention to detail and time management
- Teamwork and organizational skills
