About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and safety-focused Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at National Tiles' Tarneit Distribution Centre.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pick and pack goods for dispatch to ensure timely delivery to our customers.
  • Load customer orders into vehicles, maintaining a high level of accuracy and efficiency.
  • Ensure a safe working environment by identifying and mitigating potential hazards, adhering to workplace practices and procedures.
  • Work collaboratively with the team to meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Operate a forklift safely and efficiently, adhering to all relevant regulations and procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized warehouse environment, adhering to high standards of presentation and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Proven experience working in a warehouse environment, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
  • Current valid forklift license and ability to operate a forklift safely and efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to lift heavy items, up to 32kg, and work at heights.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong focus on safety and efficiency.
