We are seeking a strategic partner to drive meaningful change across our organisation. As an Inclusion Strategist, you will play a critical role in enhancing the inclusive experience of our teams.

You will work collaboratively with our business stakeholders to deliver high-impact results that matter most.

Leveraging your expertise in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), you will create business value by integrating leading practice with our core objectives.

Working across all pillars of inclusion, you will foster alignment across stakeholder groups and enable intersectional outcomes.

Your Expertise and Qualifications:

  • A background in Human Resources or a related field with demonstrated experience delivering measurable DEI outcomes in a complex organisation.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience partnering with executive leaders on DEI matters, representing the organisation with key industry bodies.
  • Strategic problem-solving, critical thinking, and an adaptive mindset.
  • Ability to translate DEI strategy into actionable plans with a commercial acumen.
