Restaurant Floor Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled Restaurant Floor Team Lead to join our team. As a key member of our hospitality staff, you will be responsible for leading and mentoring a team of enthusiastic and dedicated team members to deliver an outstanding dining experience for customers.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced restaurant environment where no two days are the same. You will be responsible for ensuring that all customers receive exceptional service, and that our high standards of quality and safety are maintained at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of restaurant floor staff to achieve excellent customer service and sales results.
  • Monitor and maintain high standards of quality and safety in all aspects of restaurant operations.
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Manage conflicts and issues in a professional and diplomatic manner.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required.

Requirements:

  • 1+ years' experience as a supervisor in a full-service restaurant environment.
  • Fair understanding of modern award framework, national employment standards and working knowledge of OH&S/WH&S.
  • A passion for the industry and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to work a rotating 7-day roster including weekends & public holidays.
  • A valid RSA.
