About this Role

Senior Cloud Security Specialist

We're looking for a Senior Cloud Security Specialist to enhance our Azure security solutions. As part of this team, you'll contribute to designing and implementing robust security measures to safeguard Azure services.

The increasing importance of cloud technology has made it a prime target for malicious actors. In response, we're working towards securing the entire supply chain for workloads running in Azure, from code development to runtime deployment.

This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and implement effective security strategies. Your expertise will play a crucial role in helping us achieve our goal of making Azure the most secure and reliable cloud platform.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Design and implement scalable security solutions for Azure services.
  2. Collaborate with development teams to integrate security best practices into software development life cycles.
  3. Develop and maintain threat models to identify potential vulnerabilities.
  4. Work closely with incident response teams to investigate and mitigate security incidents.

Desirable Skills and Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of cloud security concepts, including identity, access management, and data encryption.
  • Experience with Azure security tools and services, such as Azure Active Directory and Azure Security Center.
  • Strong programming skills in languages like Python, Java, or C#.
  • Ability to communicate complex technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
