About the Role

We are seeking a talented cloud security architect to join our enterprise architecture practice team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is an exceptional opportunity to bridge business needs with innovative technology solutions. As a cloud security architect, you will combine deep technical expertise with strategic thinking to design, implement and optimize solutions that align with our strategic vision.

You will act as both a technical advisor and solution designer, partnering closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable architectures.

  • Translate business and technical requirements into secure, scalable and efficient solution architectures by designing and implementing scalable, secure cloud architectures utilizing infrastructure-as-code tools.
  • Optimize cloud resource utilization through automation, monitoring and cost management.
  • Lead cloud migration projects, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems.
  • Embed security practices into CI/CD pipelines and development processes.
  • Conduct thorough security audits, risk assessments and vulnerability management.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory frameworks (NIST, ISO 27001 etc).
  • Develop architecture diagrams, technical documentation and governance artefacts to support clarity, consistency and compliance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to align cloud solutions with business needs and compliance requirements.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven expertise in cloud and cyber security architecture, with strong experience in Azure and related platforms.
  • Skilled in infrastructure as code, automation and cloud resource optimization.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex technical challenges.
  • Experience in security risk assessments, incident response and compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and drive positive change.
  • Project management experience with a focus on delivering outcomes on time and within scope.
