About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Vivir Healthcare. As a Clinical Supervisor, you will play a critical role in supporting and managing our Occupational Therapists working in the NDIS and Paediatric service line.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical support, guidance, and updates to clinicians and clients on changes within occupational therapy related to the NDIS sector.
  • Support Vivir Healthcare in clinical supervision of university students for student placements.
  • Provide regular support and ongoing professional development to clinical teams.
  • Conduct 1:1 mentoring, clinical support, or training to clinicians as directed by the Operations Manager.
  • Support the development and implementation of clinical programs and initiatives.
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications in Occupational Therapy (Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent as approved by AHPRA).
  • At least 12 months experience managing clinicians in the NDIS and paediatric space.
  • Valid National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Clearance.
  • Current driver's license and access to a reliable, registered, comprehensively insured vehicle.
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate.
  • Covid Vaccine (with Booster).
  • 2023 Flu vaccine.
  • Additional Vaccines: Hepatitis B, Measles, Mumps, Pertussis (whooping cough), Rubella, Varicella (chickenpox).
