The Role

We are seeking a skilled Clinical Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team. As a Clinical Therapist, you will provide evidence-based services to individuals through various service delivery models, including telehealth, community visits, and centre-based services. You will work with clients with a range of disabilities, assessing and providing interventions to maximise their level of function, capacity, and social engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist clients with assistive technology assessment, recommendations, and applications
  • Timely documentation and report writing

  • Work across leading software platforms and online tools

The New Grad Program

Connect2Care offers a comprehensive New Grad Program to support recent graduates in their transition to the workplace. The program includes:

  • Weekly 1:1 supervision with a supervisor
  • Core competency skills training sessions
  • Fortnightly group mentoring sessions
  • Mental health drop-in sessions
  • Internal PD sessions
  • Shadowing opportunities with experienced clinicians
  • Opportunity to learn and be supported by senior clinicians within multidisciplinary teams

Requirements

  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a related field
  • Discipline-specific professional registration
  • Working with Children Check

  • Police Check and International Police Check (if applicable)
