You'll play a key leadership role, supporting the Centre Manager while guiding, mentoring, and developing our production teams.

What We're Looking For:
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar leadership role within the collision repair industry.
  • Strong communication and people management skills.
  • Ability to prioritise, delegate, and meet deadlines.
