Role Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Human Resources professional to join our team as a Business Partner. This is a permanent opportunity based in Perth CBD.

About the Role

In this key position, you'll work closely with our business units to provide specialist coaching, support, solutions, and influence that enable them to effectively deliver their people & culture plans.

Key Responsibilities
  • Advising and supporting senior leadership on human resource management, people, and leadership matters
  • Identifying and implementing value-adding people & culture solutions and improvements within business units
  • Providing advice and support to employees on employment-related matters
  • Effective proactive case management
  • Resolving grievances and undertaking investigations in accordance with standards
Requirements
  • A relevant degree or appropriate experience in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Organisational Behaviour, or working towards a bachelor's degree
  • Significant experience in industrial relations with a sound knowledge of theory, principles, policies, and practices
  • Minimum 3-5 years' experience in generalist and/or partnering roles with sound knowledge of HR lifecycle activities
  • Experience providing advice and support to workplaces
  • Experience leading and managing organisational change
