Senior Aged Care Team Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Aged Care Team Manager to lead our Community Aged Care teams across various locations.

The Role:

This is a full-time permanent position responsible for ensuring the delivery of high-quality compliant care services. You will oversee and manage all care and support services, as well as the operations of Community Aged Home Care Teams.

About This Position

This is an ideal opportunity for someone with tertiary qualifications in Nursing and extensive experience in managing and leading large teams. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of team dynamics, HCP and CHSP funding, and regulatory compliance processes.

  • Manage and lead large teams across multiple locations
  • Liaise with regulatory organisations, Medical Officers, and other service providers
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and maintain accurate documentation
  • Create and implement governance frameworks for optimal safety and efficiency
  • Contribute to the growth and development of aged care services
Your Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse with current Registration under AHPRA
  • Current unrestricted drivers' licence
  • National Police Check
  • Australian work rights
