Restaurant Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our restaurant management team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quick service restaurants or hospitality, with a proven track record of leading and motivating teams to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals.

As an Assistant Restaurant Manager, you will play a key role in creating an energetic and positive work environment for all Team Members, while providing exceptional customer service and resolving any issues that may arise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategies to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Assist in creating a customer-focused culture within the restaurant
  • Collaborate with the Restaurant General Manager to achieve sales and customer satisfaction goals

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable managerial skills
  • Experience in Quick Service Restaurant or hospitality industry
  • Proven ability to engage, lead and motivate Team Members
  • Exceptional Customer service skills
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and interpersonal
  • Must hold a valid driver's license
  • Must have competent computer skills
