About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Business Manager/Finance and Insurance Consultant to join our dynamic team at Ian Boettcher Motors in Ipswich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering the ultimate customer experience, achieving KPIs, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies to drive business growth
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
  • Manage and maintain accurate financial records, including sales, profits, and expenses
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, products, and services, and make recommendations for improvement

  • Bankruptcy Report
  • Must currently live in Australia
