Digital Communications Specialist

Job Description:
We are seeking a Digital Communications Specialist to enhance our online presence and engage with our members across Queensland.
This role involves managing and engaging with our social media channels, monitoring stakeholder engagement and consistent branding, identifying opportunities to increase member engagement, analysing social media performance and providing strategic insights, and assisting with web content management, SEO, and security as required.
The ideal candidate will have strong understanding of social media channels, excellent written communication skills, experience in engaging and monitoring social media in a fast-paced environment, professional judgement in a changing, reactive environment, and a relevant tertiary qualification in public relations, communications, or journalism is preferred but not essential.
