Delivering High-Profile Partnerships

As a National Partnerships & Events Coordinator, you will support the team in delivering high-profile national and state partnerships. You will play a hands-on role across planning, execution and evaluation, ensuring our sponsorships and events create maximum impact and memorable experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the team in planning and delivering national and state partnerships.
  • Lead the planning process for state events including scheduling, budgets, timelines and logistics.
  • Provide on-site event support and ensure sponsorship benefits are leveraged effectively.
  • Manage ticketing, hospitality allocations, purchase orders and invoicing.
  • Capture and analyse event results to measure ROI and drive continuous improvement.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers and commercial partners.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualification in business or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in partnerships, account management or event management.
  • Highly organised with excellent administrative and time management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
  • Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
  • Experience in sport and entertainment is an advantage.
