Job Description:

As a key contributor to our team, you will collaborate with us to engineer the future of banking using cutting-edge AI solutions.

  • Design and implement scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems that meet the evolving needs of our customers.
  • Apply AI/ML and Generative AI to software engineering workflows, including code assist, test generation, knowledge retrieval, and anomaly detection to drive innovation.
  • Develop resilient, reusable components, SDKs, and service integrations that seamlessly integrate into pipelines, IDEs, and developer platforms.
Responsibilities:
  1. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement software systems that are scalable, maintainable, and reliable.
  2. Apply AI/ML and Generative AI to software engineering workflows to improve efficiency and quality.
  3. Develop and maintain high-quality codebases via active code reviews, robust testing, and clear documentation for knowledge sharing.
Requirements:
  • Extensive experience in designing and implementing scalable, maintainable, and reliable software systems.
  • Practical knowledge of AI/ML and Generative AI applied to software engineering workflows.
  • Proficiency in one or more languages such as Python, TypeScript/Node.js, or C#, and experience building microservices on AWS and/or Azure.
