Lead AI Engineering Product Owner

This role involves leading cross-functional squads and delivering AI-powered engineering product suites.


Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with engineers to deliver products, providing clear plans, measurable outcomes, and transparent reporting.
  • Execute the product roadmap by prioritising backlog items, defining OKRs, and orchestrating discovery, experimentation, and incremental releases with a strong focus on value realisation.
  • Partner with technical teams to assess use cases, pilot tools, validate hypotheses, and scale proven capabilities.
  • Translate customer and developer needs into actionable requirements and acceptance criteria, ensuring robust telemetry and continuous improvement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Technical leadership experience, collaborating with engineers and communicating technical updates to diverse audiences.
  • Proven track record of delivering complex digital or engineering-enablement products in large organisations, ideally with AI- or developer-platform exposure.
  • Strong knowledge of AI concepts and application in engineering, with a genuine passion for technology.
