Lead Educator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Educator to join our team at Green Leaves Early Learning Centres.
As a Lead Educator, you will be responsible for planning, implementing, and evaluating programs that meet the evolving learning needs of children six weeks to six years of age.
You will work closely with our experienced leadership team to develop and maintain a high-quality learning environment that promotes the physical, emotional, and social development of our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement programs that align with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
- Lead and mentor a team of educators to ensure high standards of curriculum and documentation
- Engage children through activities and experiences that promote their physical, emotional, and social development
- Ensure a safe and welcoming environment that promotes the well-being of all children
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Holds an ACECQA-approved Diploma or holds a Certificate III and is actively working towards their Diploma
- Current Working with Children's Check
- Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates or willingness to obtain one
- Current Child Protection Training or willingness to obtain one
