About the Role:

We're seeking an experienced and passionate Senior Educator to lead our educational programs at Goodstart Marleston. As a key member of our Centre Leadership Team, you'll take charge of your own room, guiding a team of dedicated Educators to deliver exceptional learning experiences. You'll work closely with the Educational Leader to observe, inform, and continuously improve our teaching practices.

Your commitment to safety and inclusivity will ensure every learning experience meets the unique needs of all children. This role offers a chance to shape young minds, grow professionally, and make a lasting impact on the lives of children and their families.

About Our Centre:

Goodstart Early Learning Child Care Centre in Marleston is a 90-place centre rated exceeding within the National Quality Standard. Our modern facilities provide a nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, with age-appropriate play spaces and equipment designed to enhance their awareness of their surroundings and the greater environment.
