Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clinical Lead Radiation Therapist to join our team at Icon Group's Noosa site. As a key member of our Radiation Therapy team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of Radiation Therapists, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
Key Responsibilities- Provide effective leadership and management to the Radiation Therapist team, ensuring the delivery of high-quality patient care and services.
- Establish and maintain the highest standards of clinical practice, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols and procedures to ensure the safe and effective delivery of radiation therapy services.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless patient care and services.
- Provide technical supervision and support to Radiation Therapists, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to deliver high-quality patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of quality improvement initiatives, ensuring continuous improvement in patient care and services.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Radiation Therapist who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care and services. You will have a strong understanding of radiation therapy principles and practices, as well as excellent leadership and management skills. You will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate effectively with patients and staff, and demonstrate a commitment to ongoing professional development.
Requirements- Current AHPRA radiation therapist registration.
- Current QLD Radiation License to use a radiation source.
- Excellent leadership and management skills.
- Strong understanding of radiation therapy principles and practices.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
