Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated Retail Professional to join our team as a Glue Sales Assistant. As a key member of our sales floor, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining store visual merchandising standards, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service:
    • Provide personalized assistance to customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
    • Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues promptly, and maintain a positive attitude in high-pressure situations.
    • Build rapport with customers, fostering loyalty and encouraging repeat business.
    • Maintain a thorough knowledge of products, promotions, and services to effectively recommend and upsell.
    • Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless customer experiences across all departments.
  • Store Visual Merchandising:
    • Adhere to store visual standards, maintaining a visually appealing and engaging store environment.
    • Participate in regular stockroom organization and inventory management tasks.
    • Contribute to window display and in-store promotional activities, promoting products and driving sales.
  • Sales Growth:
    • Achieve individual sales targets through effective selling techniques, product knowledge, and customer relationships.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase sales, leveraging data analysis and market trends.
    • Collaborate with the sales team to drive revenue growth, exploring new opportunities and optimizing existing processes.
    Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
    • Previous retail experience, preferably in a similar role or industry.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
    • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on driving sales growth and improving customer satisfaction.
