Senior Operations Lead - B2B (CFCs)

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Lead to join our WooliesX team. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for driving operational excellence and creating better experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement initiatives to achieve Out of Stock targets (B2B) and Complete Order target (B2B)
  • Work closely with WaW Business Support Hub team to ensure bulk orders are managed within guidelines
  • Collaborate with Group Replenishment teams to identify gaps in replenishment and improve overall fulfillment metrics for B2B
  • Partner with Last Mile teams to ensure delivery solutions are supported upstream within CFCs
  • Work closely with Sales, Account Management and Customer Hub teams on service capability & options
  • Act as the CFC SME for the WaW tribe
Requirements:
  • 5+ years experience in Store operations, Replenishment or fulfilment role
  • Experience working in B2B environments preferred
  • Understanding of warehouse operations (picking/staging/dispatch processes)
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
  • Ability to coordinate & Influence large stakeholder groups and drive direction based upon business requirements & feedback
  • Established communicator, fluent in the use of the Google suite when presenting to large stakeholder groups
