Role Responsibilities
  1. Maintain and develop personal relationships with key and senior client contacts externally and internally.
  2. Ensure a detailed understanding of our client's business, products, strategy, requirements and understand the impact on SS&C's service offering.
  3. Understand the competitive landscape and customer needs, to effectively position SS&C in the market.
  4. Liaise with Leads and Heads of internal business areas to monitor and ensure timely and quality service provided.
  5. Achieve year on year growth targets through understanding the financial drivers of your stakeholders.
  6. Lead new business proposal processes through a deep understanding of SS&C's products, services and technologies.
  7. Lead all commercial and contractual relationships for clients.
  8. Work with our clients and SS&C teams to always ensure customer satisfaction and communicate with internal stakeholders and executives of any potential areas of concern.
  9. Act as the senior point of contact for escalations and owns the resolution process.
  10. Drive solution process improvement and change through awareness of all clients change requests/projects and how they fit into their strategic roadmap of change.
